Regardless if it’s two or more internal/external teams or it’s you delivering services in collaboration with your customer’s team. When different teams meet, there’s always a bit of a resistance. Teams are asked to break down walls, give up information, get challenged, share resources, sacrifice autonomy and invite outsiders inside.

How we help your teams collaborate?
The programme has 3 half day long sessions which can be combined into 1.5 day or run over 3 consecutive days.
Each of the sessions is build around a Key Group Challenge aimed to help your team master three superskills – to super-connect, super-talk and super-focus.
